Dr. Kenneth Cintron

 

 

Dr. Kenneth Cintron is a board certified Orthopedic Surgeon with more than 20 years of clinical experience. He trained at Emory University where he fulfilled a post-residency fellowship in Foot and Ankle Surgery.

 

Dr. Cintron has a special interest and training in the emerging field of Integrative, Functional and Regenerative Medicine. Has published and collaborate in several articles and lectured in regional, national and international congresses about the scientific evidence, importance and impact of metabolomics and nutrigenomics in the field of orthopedics. He is the only orthopedic surgeon in USA with both boards of Orthopedic Surgery and Integrative Medicine. He has served as a team physician for universities, professional and national athletic teams including participation in Central-American, Pan-American and Olympic Games.

 

His passion for Sports Medicine and his background of Integrative, Functional and Regenerative Medicine has transformed his professional vision and the way he practices the art of medicine. He has incorporated cellular physiology, genetic predisposition, epigenetics and nutrigenomics into his orthopedic practice to optimize the outcomes, wellbeing and athletic performance of his patients.
